GRD International is a portfolio company operating a group of automotive brands — Glider, Xbeam, Seger, WeCare, Axor, and Audiobank — offering car audio systems, automotive lighting, riding gear, car care products, and related accessories through a network of dealers, distributors, and service centres across India.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

GRD International works with an authorized network of dealers, distributors, and service centres. We do not guarantee the actions, pricing, or conduct of any independent third-party dealer or distributor, and any transaction you enter into with them is solely between you and that party.

Product availability, pricing, and specifications may vary by region and are subject to change.

5. E-Warranty Registration

The E-Warranty Registration facility on this Site allows you to register eligible products (Brand, Model Name, Serial Number, and contact details) to activate warranty coverage.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted, including the serial number and brand/model details. GRD International is not liable for any delay, denial, or issue in warranty activation arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Warranty terms, coverage periods, and conditions vary by brand and product and are governed by the specific warranty policy applicable to that product, which is separate from these Terms.

Submission of an E-Warranty Registration does not, by itself, guarantee approval of a warranty claim. All claims remain subject to inspection, verification of genuine product purchase, and the applicable warranty policy terms.

We reserve the right to verify registration details with our dealer/distributor network and to reject registrations that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or inaccurate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the GRD International name, logo, brand names (Glider, Xbeam, Seger, WeCare, Axor, Audiobank), text, graphics, images, and layout — is the property of GRD International or its respective brand owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark, logo, or content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., dealer portals, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information on any third-party website. Access to such links is at your own risk.
